Mission Statement

The Harrison Metropolitan Housing Authority (HMHA), a civil subdivision of the State of Ohio, was founded in 1979, our mission is to empower elderly, disabled individuals, and low-income families in Harrison County, Ohio, by providing access to safe, decent, and affordable housing that enhances their quality of life and strengthens our community.
