Dunfee Court Apartments is located at 775 East Market Street, Cadiz, OH 43907. This community is a twelve unit complex. Apartments are all one bedroom with a stove and refrigerator provided by Harrison MHA. All apartments are non-smoking. Eligibility criteria for this community is 62 years of age or older, handicap/disabled, regardless of age, must qualify under the income limits (adjusted annual income vs. per person income limit), must pass background screening, tenant screening and provide landlord references. The cost of rent includes water,sewer and trash collection. Tenants are responsible for the cost of electricity. Rent is determined by the greater of 30% of participant's adjusted monthly income or 10% monthly income minus the utility allowance. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development subsidizes these apartments.
Gable Estates Apartments is located at 301 Lahm Dr., Hopedale, Ohio 43976. This community is a sixteen unit complex. Apartments are all one bedroom with a stove and refrigerator provided by Harrison MHA. All apartments are non-smoking. Eligibility criteria for this community is 62 years of age or older, handicap/disabled, regardless of age, must qualify under the income limits (adjusted annual income vs. per person income limit), must pass background screening, tenant screening and provide landlord references.
